李子彬,男,1989年出生,汉族,博士,讲师,硕士研究生导师,大连市高层次人才-青年才俊(大人才办发 [2021] 13号)。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项(No. 32102828,),参与国家自然科学基金面上项目2项(No. 32170549; No. 31972683),参与辽宁省重点实验室项目(No. LZ20150031项;参与大连大学学科建设专项-学科交叉重项目1项;目前发表SCI文章14篇。

主要研究领域或方向

1. 利用X射线晶体学手段探究细胞免疫核心分子——MHC I/II类分子呈递抗原表位的分子机制,筛选优势抗原表位,助力畜禽养殖高发病原的表位疫苗开发。

2. 利用蛋白工程(真原核表达系统、蛋白纯化)和结构生物(X射线晶体学、冷冻电镜三维重构)手段 理性设计指导酶分子改造以及亚单位疫苗开发。
