个人简介:

男,博士,副教授,博士毕业于大连理工大学化工学院,20078月起到大连大学工作,辽宁省“百千万人才工程”千层次人才;大连市青年科技之星。现主持辽宁省教育厅项目1项,大连大学科研平台重点项目1项,大连市高层次人才项目1 项;主持完成国家自然科学青年基金1项,辽宁省教育厅科技项目1 项;主持教学改革课题4 项。承担《药物化学与合成》、《药物统计学》、《制药工程仿真综合训练》、《药物分子设计》等课程。指导完成国家级大学生创新创业计划项目3项,辽宁省大学生创新创业计划项目2项,指导本科生发表论文7篇。指导学生参加中国互联网+大赛等各级各类竞赛,获国家级奖1项,省级奖励6项;指导硕士研究生15 名,在国内外期刊上发表论文100余篇,其中SCIEEI 收录论文60(含JCR Q1论文2篇,Q2论文5篇);获授权发明专利2 项。



研究方向:

开展蛋白-药物相互作用研究、金属蛋白结构功能研究及药物分子设计、药物分子模拟工作,运用激光闪光光解瞬态吸收光谱(纳秒级)、紫外、荧光、圆二色谱、电子顺磁共振等光谱实验并联用快速停流技术研究肌红蛋白、血红蛋白等铁卟啉蛋白的结构与功能,蛋白与小分子药物作用光谱学研究,采用分子对接、三维定量构效关系等方法分析和设计小分子药物,采用分子动力学方法模拟蛋白结构和模拟蛋白-药物作用模式。研究光催化分解抗生素等药物的机理。
