三、研究方向:天然产物化学及天然化合物的生物合成

1、古菌膜脂与植物萜类的合成生物学研究

致力于利用合成生物学技术,通过在大肠杆菌和酿酒酵母等异源宿主中表达相关基因,研究海洋来源的古菌以及植物来源的萜类化合物的生物合成机制。同时,通过代谢工程策略优化相关生物合成途径,提高具有重要经济价值萜类化合物的产量。

2、活性天然产物的图谱技术与结构研究

应用高分辨活性图谱技术探究活性天然产物(植物与微生物来源),以及分离、纯化与天然产物结构鉴定的相关技术开发与应用。
