高凤山,男,博士,教授,大连大学硕士生导师,大连市首批领军后备人才(大人社发[2012]52号 ),大连市第二批高端人才,中国畜牧兽医学会口蹄疫分会常务理事,中国畜牧兽医学会动物传染病分会理事,中国畜牧兽医学会高级会员(A060001003S)。辽宁省细胞生物学学会动物医学分会理事,美国WadsworthCenter访问学者。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目4项(No. 32273022; No. 31172304;No.30972169;No.31672525),副主持国家自然科学基金2项(No.30972188; No.30571382),主持辽宁省重点实验室项目(No. LZ2015003)1项;主持辽宁省博士启动基金1项(No.20081078);主持辽宁省教育厅科技计划项目(No.L2010018)1项;主持家畜疫病病原微生物国家重点实验室开放课1项(No.SKLVEB2009KFKT007);主持大连市科学计划项目(No.2014B11NC095)1项;主持大连市科学技术基金(优秀人才计划,No. 2011J21DW015)1项,主持大连大学领军型科研创新创业团队1项(No.XLJ202005);主持大连大学博士启动基金一项(No.0302173)。各类基金共计300余万元。目前发表SCI文章20余篇,国内核心期刊80余篇。参编著作3部,申请国家发明专利14项,授权11项。指导硕士生20余名。获得大连市技术发明奖一等奖1项(证书编号:2013F-1-03-01,排名第一);获得辽宁省技术发明奖三等奖1项(证书编号:2015F-3-01-01,排名第一),获得辽宁省普通高等教育教学成果奖(研究生类)二等奖(证书编号:GDJY-Y-201802059,排名第四)。
研究方向
目前,科研方面主要集中于猪源病毒CTL表位的筛选及功能研究。已经建立了在细胞水平快速筛选猪源病毒CTL表位平台,CTL表位集中于猪口蹄疫、非洲猪瘟等研究。目前,已经获得了多个口蹄疫CTL表位,并解析了猪SLA-2与口蹄疫O型和亚洲I型口蹄疫病毒CTL表位的空间结构。另外,课题组拥有猪SLA-I类分子20多个等位基因资源和相关表达蛋白。课题组今后将聚焦于主要猪源病毒CTL表位筛选、T细胞杀伤及表位疫苗研究。
1. 研究动物的细胞免疫应答,涉及主要组织相容性复合体(major histocompatibility complex, MHC)I类和II类分子。
2. 研究动物MHC I类分子晶体结构,解析其三维空间结构数据。
3. 体外筛选具有免疫学活性的细胞毒性表位(CTL),设计和研制出细胞表位的疫苗
4. 乳酸菌食品级表达载体构建新型疫苗、其他动物病毒相关研究。
目前,课题组与中科院微生物所、南京大学、中国农业科学院兰州兽医研究所、吉林农业大学等多家单位展开课题合作,并共同培养研究生。
