二、个人简介

吴虹燕,女,博士,讲师2018-2021年就读于日本冈山大学农学院博士学位2022-2023年于大连工业大学食品科学与工程博士后科研流动站从事博士后研究。现为大连大学生命健康学院生物技术系讲师。目前发表论文20 篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI 论文7篇。

三、研究方向

主要从事天然产物的生物活性及作用机理研究食品微生物与质量安全控制等开展基于分子生物学、高通量测序和生物信息学方法揭示天然活性物质在抑菌、抗氧化等方面的机制研究
